We appreciate the support from our financiers and owners, says CEO Tobias Sjölander.The loan runs until December 31, 2026, has an arrangement fee of 5 percent and a monthly interest rate of 1.5 percent. If the loan is not repaid, the debt can be offset against shares at a 20 percent discount to the lowest daily volume-weighted average price during the previous ten trading days.Tobias Sjölander tells Finwire that the company intends to repay the loan no later than the due date, but does not specify how the repayment will be financed or how long the capital is expected to last.
