Modular housing company Zenergy has received additional subscription commitments of approximately SEK 5 million from Lidas Con and Athena Nikou Holding ahead of the ongoing rights issue.This reduces external underwriting commitments to approximately SEK 6.2 million from approximately SEK 11.2 million, and issue costs are expected to fall by approximately SEK 0.9 million to approximately SEK 4.1 million.The total secured level remains unchanged at approximately 95 percent of the issue.
