French ABB rival Schneider Electric is in talks to buy smart home company Shelly Group for around 70 euro per share, which would value the company at about 1.3 billion euro. Shelly shares are up 10 percent to 64 euro.According to the information, the discussions also include the founders’ larger shareholdings. The negotiations are still ongoing and no deal is certain.
