Major shareholder Hunter Capital is making a cash mandatory bid for C100 at SEK 4 per share, according to a press release. The offer values the remaining shares at approximately SEK 7.7 million and represents a premium of 3.1 percent to the latest closing price, but a discount of 22 percent to the 20-day average.The acceptance period runs from August 10 to September 7. Hunter Capital does not intend to delist C100 or request compulsory redemption.
