(more details in the full news item)Major shareholder Hunter Capital is making a cash mandatory bid for C100 at SEK 4 per share, according to a press release. The offer values the remaining shares at approximately SEK 7.7 million and corresponds to a premium of 3.1 percent to the latest closing price, but a discount of 22 percent to the 20-day average.The acceptance period runs from August 10 to September 7. Hunter Capital does not intend to delist C100 or request compulsory redemption.The board of C100 is to evaluate the offer and obtain a fairness opinion. The board’s statement is to be published no later than two weeks before the end of the acceptance period. Oliver Aleksov and Alex Ghafori are not taking part in the handling of the matter because they sit on the boards of both companies.The C100 share is being moved to Spotlight’s observation list because of the mandatory bid.
