The edtech company Edyoutec announces that just over 1.25 million warrants have been exercised to subscribe for an equal number of new shares up to and including July 31. The subscriptions have raised approximately SEK 180,000 for the company before issue costs, according to a press release.Following registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the number of shares in Edyoutec will amount to just over 91.3 million.
