The fertility company Spermosens has decided on a directed issue that will raise approximately SEK 4.65 million before issue costs. The company has also convened an extraordinary general meeting to obtain approval to carry out an additional directed issue of approximately SEK 0.2 million.The first directed issue comprises up to 560 240 958 units, with each unit consisting of one share and one warrant issued free of charge. The subscription price is SEK 0.0083 per unit, corresponding to a discount of approximately 15 percent to the volume-weighted average price over the past 10 trading days.The proposed second directed issue comprises up to 24 096 384 units and is directed to Chairman of the Board Ulrik Spork and Duvold Holding at the same subscription price as the first issue. The issue requires approval by an extraordinary general meeting under the Leo rules. The issue proceeds will be used to finance the clinical validation of JUNO-Checked Generation 3 and continued discussions on commercial partnerships.
