Zenergy's rights issue was subscribed to 80.1% with and without the support of subscription rights. This is stated in a press release.The issue was subscribed to 39.8% with the support of subscription rights and 40.4% without the support of subscription rights. The remaining 19.9% was allocated to guarantors in accordance with guarantee commitments provided without compensation. This means that the company receives approximately SEK 32.5 million before issue costs.The dilution amounts to approximately 87.50% of the capital and approximately 87.43% of the votes in the company.The proceeds from the issue are intended to finance the initial stages of the Värnamo project and thereby activate the conditional construction credit facility, whereby the remaining portion of the issue proceeds is intended to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
