Medical technology company Pexa's technology has attracted broad attention in Australia following research at The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane. The study examines the possibility of detecting early biological changes associated with silicosis through a non-invasive breath test before irreversible lung damage develops. Pexa has previously collaborated with the hospital and receives anonymized technical data from the study.
