The subscription price was SEK 0.06 per share, corresponding to approximately SEK 575,000, which was paid through set-off under a previous settlement agreement. Following registration, the number of shares will amount to 627,999,981. The dilution will be approximately 1.53 percent of the capital and 1.52 percent of the votes.
