The environmental technology company Ecorub is carrying out a rights issue of units worth approximately SEK 23.9 million before costs. The subscription price is SEK 0.04 per unit and the subscription period runs from 14–28 September. Subscription commitments correspond to 26.2 percent of the issue. Net proceeds of approximately SEK 19 million will primarily finance the company’s new strategy and commercialization.
