Milk analysis company Miris reports increased revenue in the second quarter compared with the same period a year earlier. The operating loss widened.Revenue rose to SEK 5.2 million (5.0). For the first half, sales were 10 percent lower. This is because the company has not yet recovered the sales decline from the first quarter, which is mainly explained by 23 percent lower instrument sales. This is stated by CEO Camilla Myhre Strandberg.During the second quarter, however, sales and customer activity increased, while the number of orders, requests for quotations and customer dialogues also rose. According to Strandberg, the development indicates that the slowdown that has persisted since autumn 2025 should ease.Total recurring revenue increased by 53 percent during the quarter.The estimated order pipeline increased from SEK 35 million at the end of the first quarter to SEK 41 million at the end of the first half, corresponding to a sequential increase of approximately 17 percent.The operating result was SEK -1.7 million (-0.7). Net profit after tax was SEK -1.8 million (-1.0), and per share SEK -1.348 (-0.006). Cash flow from operating activities amounted to SEK -2.6 million (-1.5). Cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 0.4 million (0.6)."We are entering autumn with several positive signals in the market.
