Mendole is carrying out a directed share issue followed by a public offering of up to 59 million Danish kronor to partly finance the acquisition of Rebo. The subscription price is 6.90 Danish kronor per share and the subscription period runs from 31 August to 11 September. If fully subscribed, the dilution will be approximately 61.5 percent, or 63.8 percent including consideration shares to Rebo’s sellers. Transaction and issue costs are estimated at 5 million Danish kronor.
