Danish installation company Mendole calls an extraordinary general meeting on 11 September to resolve on a warrant programme for Rebo CEO Jakob Daniel Geertsen. The board of directors is proposed to be authorised to issue up to 579,710 warrants, corresponding to an equal number of shares, at a subscription price of DKK 6.90 per share. The total subscription value could thus amount to DKK 4 million. The programme is linked to Mendole's acquisition of Rebo and the company's results for the 2028 financial year. The number of warrants allocated depends on Rebo's EBITDA, and no allocation will be made if EBITDA is below DKK 10 million.Upon full exercise, the warrants correspond to approximately 9.8 percent of Mendole's current share capital and approximately 3.8 percent following the planned new share issue and the issue of consideration shares in connection with the acquisition of Rebo. The authorisation will expire if the acquisition of Rebo has not been completed by 30 September.
