The modular housing company Zenergy reports increased revenue and a reduced loss in the second quarter of 2026 compared with the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales rose to SEK 5.0 million (3.9), an increase of 29.4 percent.Operating profit was -SEK 3.8 million (-6.7).Profit before tax amounted to -SEK 4.7 million (-8.1), and net profit was -SEK 4.7 million (-8.1). For the first half of the year, net sales amounted to SEK 9.3 million (11.3). Net profit improved to -SEK 11.6 million (-14.1).During the quarter, Zenergy received planning permission for the Värnamo Rolstorp housing project, which comprises 33 homes and has an estimated business value of approximately SEK 108 million. The company also signed a conditional construction credit facility of SEK 64 million for the project.After the end of the period, a rights issue was carried out, providing the company with approximately SEK 32.5 million before issue costs and set-offs. The Board assesses that the capital requirement under the current business plan is secured for at least twelve months from the report date, but states that additional financing may be needed if the planned project starts or sales volumes deviate materially negatively from the forecast.
