The life science company Acucort's subscription warrant program was subscribed to by four key individuals and was thus fully subscribed, according to a press release. The incentive program was approved at the annual general meeting on 27 May. The program comprises a maximum of 1.8 million subscription warrants. Of these, 1.5 million subscription warrants were transferred to four key individuals in the company, while the remaining 300,000 subscription warrants are reserved for future recruitment of key individuals.The subscription price was 7 öre per subscription warrant. The subscription warrants can be exercised between September and December 2029 to subscribe for shares at a subscription price of 1.34 kronor per share.
