The commodities company Nidhogg Resources proposes Oscar Louzada as a new board member at an extraordinary general meeting on 18 September.Louzada has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, focusing on natural resources, and is currently CEO and a board member of Sranan Gold. In connection with a potential election, Jan Kielland will leave his role as co-opted board member.
