The Zimbabwean regulatory authority PRAZ recommends awarding solar projects to Absolicon, according to a press release.The tender concerns a solar collector production line for ZESA Enterprises in Harare.The current bid was submitted in July 2025 and amounts to 3.25 million dollars, including a production line, material deliveries for start-up, training efforts and technology transfer.Absolicon emphasizes that the review process has been ongoing for a long time. The announcement constitutes a recommendation from the supervisory committee to the procuring entity. The deal has not yet been finalized.
