At the Annual General Meeting held on 17 June 2025, a resolution was passed to change the company name from Evolear AB (publ) to Solution International Nordics AB (publ). This change has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and Euroclear Sweden.

The company’s shares will be traded under the new name as of 30 October 2025.
