Stockholm Treasury, which is changing its name from Bodyflight Sweden, has been informed that on December 12 Zemima disposed of shares in the company and thereby fell below the notification threshold of 5 percent of the share capital and votes. The holding decreased from 1,835,408 shares, corresponding to 5.6 percent, to 1,614,508 shares, corresponding to 4.9 percent of the share capital and votes.This morning it was announced that Erik Forsell and Andreas Poike each control 14.7 percent of Stockholm Treasury. At an inaugural board meeting, Erik Forsell was also appointed the company’s new CEO.
