The shareholders of the research company Aptahem are called to the annual general meeting on March 27 in Malmö.The board proposes that no dividend be paid for the financial year 2025. The nomination committee proposes the election of Brian Packard as a board member. The re-election of chair Bert Junno and members Theresa Comiskey Olsen and Mikael Lindstam is proposed.An amendment to the articles of association is proposed, meaning that the number of shares shall be at most 20 million and at most 80 million shares.The board wants authorization from the general meeting to decide on the issue of new shares, warrants and convertibles, within the limits of the articles of association's number of shares.
