The research company Aptahem trades today, 18 September, on Spotlight Stock Market excluding unit rights in a rights issue.The terms mean that one share gives one unit right. Two unit rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one unit at SEK 1.20. One unit consists of three newly issued shares and one free warrant. The issue terms therefore correspond to 3:2 at a subscription price of SEK 0.40 per share. The subscription period runs from 23 September to 7 October, and trading in unit rights takes place from 23 September to 2 October.
